We are having problems with the Talk InLine Comments Plugin for Confluence v1.6.0 and Internet Explorer 8 and 9. Below is a list of the problems we are seeing with the Talk InLine Comments Plugin and IE 8 and 9:

Probably they will be able to provide you a better assistance with the plugin and help you to solve these problems. In case of third-party plugins it is also recommended to try to obtain this kind of help with the provider of the plugin.

Luiz we already tried to contact the vendor but they have not contacted us since January 29, 2013. Not sure why but that is why I posted the question here. I need a resolution soon so we can move forward with this newly purchased plugin.

We are testing the latest version of the Confluence Talk InLine Comments plugin v1.7.0 to see if these defects have been addressed. I will update this question with any information we find with this version.
