Query on the vertygoSLA plugin

TW User December 13, 2012

Hi,

My company is using VertygoSLA plugin 6.3.3.1. And I need to produce two SLA breach reports. One for current month and one for previous month. Could you please help me on the following two questions?

1. In the SLA advance search, can I use "End Date" parameter to find out when the SLA is breached? Or what exactly "end date" in the parameter list means?

2. How to specify relative date in the slasearch function? for example how do I specify something like end date greater than startOfMonth("-1M") ? Can I put it as <custom_field_name> IN slaSearch("end date", ">", "startOfMonth("-1M") ")?

Many thanks,

Li Zhang

Hi,

As we said on https://jira.valiantys.com/browse/VSLA-892 :

"With VertygoSLA, you can make advanced search on 3 dates :

start date : when a SLA starts,
due date : the calculated date by VetrygoSLA, according to the start date, the agreement time, the calendar and the forzen status,
end date : when a sla has been closed."

(see: https://confluence.valiantys.com/display/VSLA/User+Guide#UserGuide-Usingthesearcher)

It
is not possible to use functions like "StartofMonth" for the moment. But, I hope we will do it soon.
