You can rearrange the order of columns from Column setting.
If you're using Gantt click Cogwheel icon of WGC screen> Select Gantt configuration> Click Column setting. (Gantt column settings) If you're viewing Project/Filter Gantt-chart, go Jira Administration setting > add-ons > manage add-ons > Select Features settings in WBS Gantt-chart section > Click column.(Global column settings)
Select the field row on Extra columns and change the settings to Downward ( right to left )or Upward (left to right), WBS shows in order of the field list. However, Standard columns( WBS code, Alert, Project / Version / Issue, Key, Assignee, Units, Priority, Status, Start date, Finish date, Duration, Manual mode, Percent Done, Due Date,) cannot be move.
I found a request for reordering Standard columns in Publick Tracker. If you're interested in that feature, please vote for it.
