Hi do you have recommendation for 2FA in jira servicedesk?im already try all 2FA in marketplace but not applied in jira servicedesk.

Hi @Ferio_Andrean I am not sure you found what you were looking for?

A few days ago we released a new security app to Atlassian Marketplace called Polar SSO.

You get to define policies that encourages or enforces users to add a second factor based on users network location, group membership, login method (password, saml, kerberos) etc. Jira Service Desk is of course supported!

A benefit from adding extra verification is that you can log in directly without password using Windows Hello, MacOS Touch ID, Apple watch, Android fingerprint, USB security keys with PIN or fingerprint. 

You may also further protect your application by defining policies that denies regular password login, while allowing SAML login from untrusted sones.

Hello Ferio,

There multiple 2FA plugins available for on the Atlassian Marketplace which supports 2FA for Jira.

But there is only one plugin available on the marketplace which supports 2FA for Jira Service Desk.
