Adaptavist Scriptrunner Escalation Service Doesn't Work

Service runs properly when tested but Cron function and interval do not work.  JQL Query works fine. User has permissions.  When "Run" is clicked, it runs properly, but does not run as service.  

This is one of the reasons we want to buy the plugin but will not buy if it can't run excalation services.

Hi Tom, Could you please give more information about the configuration you use for the escalation service (cron or the interval)?
