i want to collect all bugs and put this in a checklist.

Sorry I am not 100% sure what you are trying to achieve here. 

I wonder if what you want to do is associate a label with each issue to say what sort of bug it is. If this is the case then creating a customfield of type label will allow your users to pick from existing labels or add new labels. You can then use this field in any reporting which you wish to do. You can also label an issue with more than one label for those really challenging bugs that impact lots of different things!

Hope I have not misunderstood your requirements too badly.
