Hi,
I added one 'Jira task' in BigGantt and it appeared beautifully in the gantt chart. I also added 'artificial subtasks' which is also showing up.
But after that I am not able to create another 'Jira task' in the same gantt chart. Whenever I do so, it is appearing in my project, but not in the gantt task.
Can anyone explain what could be reason?

Please check if the problem re-occurs after clearing your plugin's cache (Jira Administration >> Apps >> BigGantt Technical Configuration >> Advanced). See my image as a reference.
If the action of clearing cache won't help, please contact the SoftwarePlant Support Team support@softwareplant.com referring to SUPPORT-336869 in the title of your request. We will investigate your case individually.
Best regards,

I'm having the same problem. Clearing the cache does not help. When I go to the task scope definition the app says 7 tasks are in the scope but when I go to the Gantt chart view only three tasks show up. Whenever I create a new task it appears in the Gantt chart (and Jira too) but I can't set dependencies on them using the UI, when I refresh the task disappears from the Gantt chart (but it stays in Jira). Am I doing something wrong? At the moment this add-on is unusable for us.

I'm testing now BigPicture (also from SoftwarePlant) and it seems to work well there so I think I will probably stick to that one for now. I will try to file the issue on BigGantt later when I have some time. Thanks!
