Adding images to Gliffy

I am trying to create a company organogram and on the Gliffy board I want to add some images of the employees. I used the "Add Images" function under "Images" on the left but when I drag them to the board, only the outline of the box appears but not the image itself. The image is in .png and I also tried to use the function "Bring to Front", but it is still invisible. Not sure why. Any suggestions would help! Thanks!

Same problem, which basically renders the software worthless, unfortunately.
