yes i have also installed them from scratch, but nothing has solved the problem. But then i compared the versions of the 'RB' plugins and scaffolding with the plugins on the testsystem and installed the same versions. after that everything was ok. i will never update them again. thanks for your help. regards Sevdim

If all else fails, remove the cache folders...then stop/start. I've dealt w/ servicerocket plugin issues for the past coupla maintenance windows of ours when I was doing upgrades this month.

Initially their problem was the wrong RB plugins were staying intact or installing for the dependency called out but visibility, scaffolding etc.

This would disable another ~10 plugins as a result.

What I did was uninstall most of the plugins. and reinstall them from scratch. that solved my problem. (I did this in test)

Hi Selcuk,

I've not heard of this issue before. May I know if you are seeing some error in Confluence logs stating an error to this plugin? If the issue started just after this upgrade, I recommend to remove this plugin and install the older version for now as a workaround.

Then contact the plugin vendor if you are able to replicate this issue on a staging environment. This version of the plugin might have some bug on it.

Cheers,

Rodrigo
