All-In-One Reports for JIRA no longer loads

Our All-In-One Reports plugin no longer loads.  Instead, we just get a perpetual spinning loading icon and the message "Add-on All-In-One JIRA Reports is not responding. Wait or cancel?".  How can we fix this?
