Any feature? if user account gets locked in jira or confluence a notification that account locked

is there any feature? If a user account gets locked a notification should come conveying that your account got locked

It would be nice to be notified on the login screen. Currently the user is clueless about the account being locked.

No, and I'm not sure it is of any use.

An account gets locked if someone tries to access it and gets it wrong too often in a short space of time.  There are two ways to do that, and both of them give instant feedback to the user already, making the email superfluous.
