Asking : Duration time for "Free Trial"

My question as below :

• How long for the duration time when I using Free Version on Checklist for JIRA plugin ?
• How long for the duration time when I buy license for 10 users?
• Is it a monthly payment for 10$ for 10 users ? 
• Is it a one time payment for 10$ for 10 users ?

Hi Tanjai,

Are you using a JIRA server instance (hosted by you) or cloud instance (hosted by Atlassian)? If you are using the cloud version, Checklist is not yet supported on the cloud instances (but we are working on this ).

Now, assuming you are talking about a server instance:

• The trial version is for 1 month but you can renew the trial a few times.
• When you buy a license, you are entitled to free upgrades for one year. After that, Checklist will run indefinitely until you upgrade JIRA again. If you don't upgrade JIRA, Checklist will run forever.
• It is a one time fee of $10.
