What is the difference between Atlas CRM Customer Confluence or Atlas CRM Customer and Sales Jira. My company is making me get rid of one. I am trying to see which one would be the best to keep. They will not let me have both.

Hi Rose,

Both apps provide similar functionality. The main difference is in the integration with Jira and Confluence.

Atlas CRM in Jira allows you to link customers and sales to issues. You can then access this information from within the issue.

Atlas CRM in Confluence allows you to link customers and sales in pages. You can then access this information from within the page.

To make a decision, you need to decided where you want to use Atlas CRM and whether you want to link issues or pages.
