Atlassian SDK non .exe installer

Hi, 

I am trying to install the Atlassian SDK to build plugins, however I do not have permissions to run .exe files, is there any alternative installation like how mac/linux can use homebrew to install.

@muhd hadee Welcome to the community.

I don't think SDK in available in any of such format for MS Windows that doesn't require running EXE.

I had this issue with my old employer, but I had VMWare available, where I created a Linux VM and did all my experiments.
