Automation for Jira for Server on 9.0

I had Automation for Jira on my server instance but it expired and some of my automations stoppped.  I have since upgraded to Jira 9.0.  I was able to reinstall Automation for Jira but  the app says I need to buy a license for $250 but doesn't provide any instructions on how to do that.

How do I purchase a license for Automation for Jira 8.0.3 for Jira Server edition?
