Automation for jira... can I add a watcher to a sub task created in a rule?

have a rule that auto creates a sub-task... in that sub-task want to add a specific user to the watcher list...similar to below.... assuming this can be done, what is the syntax for the email name, etc??  Is there another way? Thanks in advance

i figured it out...used the branch rule

Ed i am trying to do the exact same thing. I have also looked at the branching rules but the only one that seems to work for me is the one Most Recently Created Issue branch rule.

Is that what you did?
