Behavior of Done Status Issues in Easy Agile

Our users have been reporting behavior where some issues display with a strikethrough in the program when moved to a Done status and others fall off the board when moved. Is this expected behavior?

Hi Emma

Thanks for the question. This sounds like an issue with the board filters that are applied to the teams boards. The done issues will also be disappearing from the team's Jira native board.

Could you please review the filters applied and if there are still issues let me know at support@easyagile.com
