Better information about state changes in signature

We've been using your plugin for a couple of months now and the one salient thing that people request is the ability to see state transition as part of the signature. Thus where you currently have a column for just "Status" have two columns, one showing "From Status" and the other "To Status". In this way there is no need to open the PDF to see which status the issue transitioned to.
