Blank drop down displaying while moving an issue to another project.

While at the move screen, ability to select a new project from a dropdown is possible, however, select issue type dropdown is not.

Is this problem happening in IE9 only or is it happening in Chrome and Firefox as well?

It seems as one of the problems caused due to the IE9 Compatibility View, so disabling the Compatibility View or perhaps changing the "Browse Mode" from IE9 to IE8 in the 'Developer Tools' (F12) for JIRA in Internet Explorer should fix this.

Going into compatibility view does solve this.

Looks like this will be the work around until we upgrade to 5.0+.
