Can Capacity Tracker link be hidden for specific groups

We recently added the Capacity Track add-on to assist with sprint planning.  The requirement is to only allow PMs to see and update.  They do not want the rest of the team making adjustments to the details for each sprint.  Is there a way to turn this on/off or show/hide the link from a group of users?

We cannot hide the link, however you can assign an admin role to specific users in order to have Read and Read/Write permissions in the add-on.
