Can I export employee raw time from GreenHopper?

My company currently uses LiquidPlanner and we are able to export the raw time of our employees. We use this information to keep track of budgets on each project/client. Can I do the same with Jira/GreenHopper? The info needed for the report is the following:

• Date
• Client
• Project
• Story/Task Name
• Employee comment/description of work completed
• Time/hours
• Activity for entered time (ie Billable or Non-Billable)

You can use Tempo Timesheets to export time that employees log in JIRA/GreenHopper.

Client would be Tempo Account (or Customer if clients have many accounts). Activity can be Tempo Worklog Attribute.
