Hi,
Our Jira server is currently showing that the connection with MS Teams is failed.
So when I look at the log, it shows that the connection to the service below fails.
So I asked the MS Teams related department in our department and they said it is not their MS Teams service. Is the above domain a domain for MS Teams connection?
In order to connect, I think we need to release the above domain and firewall,
Is the IP and PORT of the following service '20.40.229.24 | 443' correct?
I looked up the part in Jira's community
'Looks like your Jira servers cannot reach Azure service bus.. probably a specific port is closed. Seems like you need to open port 5001' What's it about?
The contents of the log are as follows.
INFO ServiceRunner [c.m.t.lifecycle.scheduler.SignalRConnectionMonitorJob] Running SignalRConnectionMonitorJob at 'DAY'
INFO ServiceRunner [c.m.teams.service.SignalRService] [[startSignalRConnection()] Before start connection]. Used memory: 2735 MB

DEBUG ServiceRunner [c.m.teams.utils.ExceptionHelpers] startConnectionIfDisconnected() error java.lang.RuntimeException: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out
Is the domain 'https://msteams-jira-server.service.signalr.net/ managed by Jira?
Is it managed by MS Teams? Is the service in Azure?
