Can't import object schema in the Riada Insight plugin

Dinesh Kumar March 25, 2018

I have a file generated by the Riada Insight plugin with some schemas. The file is called oc_schema.zip.I am trying to import it in csp-jira-stage2,but it looks like Jira can't access the file.

The UI is showing that the file must be in /cspjirashare/sharehome_a4/import/insight/ (see screen1.png)
I've copied the file over  switched to "jira" user and copied the filescreen1.pngscreen2.pngscreen3.png/cspjirashare/sharehome_a4/import/insight/

However the files doesn't show up in the import page in the UI (see screen2.png and screen3.png).
I've checked the permissions in the file tree leading to the file (see screen1.png).
I've also checked that the zip file is not broken - it can be extracted without any error.

Can someone please help me with this import?

Hi,

I think you have encountered the same as a verified bug: https://jira.riada.se/browse/ICS-694

Basically, the folder we read from is the jira-home directory, not the shared-home, so it needs to be put in the jira-home import insight folder instead.

Let me know if that helped you get the file imported

Cheers
Alexander
