Can't load data in Tableau

Hi guys,

I tried to configure All-In-One Tableau reporting tool this morning. Setting up the application link went well, but when I try to add the Web Connector in Tableau Desktop, there just seem to have nothing happening. I know that my JQL request is correct, but when I hit Validate JQL, nothing happen.

I believe the reason is this error: https://db.tt/UEdchior

Any idea what I can do?
