Hiya!
Until we can fully transition to Marketplace, we currently sell our plugin for OnDemand customers directly on balsamiq.com.
The current message in the Marketplace however is confusing: "This add-on is pre-installed on your OnDemand instance. Contact the vendor for a license."
Customers have 1. though the license was going to be free and/or 2. weren't sure how to contact us or what exactly to ask for.
Can we either:
Cheers!
Natalie
For the Balsamiq Team
Hi Ben, I tried to get to https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-8187 with my peldi@balsamiq.com login but got a "It seems that you have tried to perform an operation which you are not permitted to perform." error. Can you help?
Whoops, I had accidentily set a permission restriction on the issue. It should be visible now.

Hi Ben!
Sorry for the delay in getting back with you. I moved back to California in the last month and am still catching up.
Peldi was able to update teh "Learn More" link, however, it doesn't seem to e updating the "contact vendor" link as described here https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-7797
You can see under details, and Learn More: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.balsamiq.confluence.plugins.mockups
It links to this FAQ: http://support.balsamiq.com/customer/portal/articles/223421
However the "contact vendor" link in the onDemand page (this one: http://cl.ly/image/171d0K1G051t) goes to another link (it's a link to a page we don't have any more, so it just is redirecting back to the marketplace listing)
Can you have a look?

Hi Ben,
Just wanted to check in to see if there is an update on this issue.
Let us know as soon as you get a chance, and happy holidays!

Hi Natalie,
I've fixed the issue for you. Both the OnDemand pricing tab and the OnDemand installation instructions now reflect the new link.
The reason that it wasn't working after you updated the link is because we needed to update your listing to refer to your newer version for OnDemand. I've done that now.
Cheers,
Ben

Great, thanks Ben!
I assume if we need to edit that link in the future, it will automatically update in both places?
Happy Holidays!

Thanks for the feedback Natalie. I've filed an AMKT issue for you with your feedback. You can track the improvement there.

Awesome, Ben! Thanks for looking at how that can be improved. :)

Hi Ben,
I see they fixed the language! That is great! The only concern I have now, is the URL they picked for us is not the one we would like. (It actually just re-directs back to the Marketplace listing).
Is this something we can edit?

Hi Natalie,
Currently this link is based on the add-on version's "Learn More" field. This field isn't overly visible on the Create/Edit Version forms, however. See https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-8187 for more information and a workaround on how to update this value.
Long term I agree that the "Learn More" field may not be the best value for that link. I filed https://ecosystem.atlassian.net/browse/AMKT-8188 for this which you can follow for updates.
Cheers,
Ben
