Can you get the Jira Outlook Add-in to work with Shared Mailboxes?

Having trouble getting the Jira Add-in to connect to a shared mailbox. A number of reviews say it is not possible.

Just want to check if there is any work around or it simply can't be done.

Hi, @Jack Leach Jira Cloud for Outlook does support shared mailboxes. There's a public issue you can follow to see updates regarding this.

@Jack Leach not sure if you ever followed the public issue I provided, but it was resolved and Jira Cloud for Outlook now supports shared mailboxes.
