Cannot attach files to issues

When trying to attach a file to an issue in JIRA we get an error 503 the same happens when we try from a Issue Collector. We have tried to look in the JIRA log files but cannot find any errors. Do you have any idea of what is wrong?

Hi Kasper,

Error 503 occurs when HTTP service is not available. It's usually related to some proxy issue, are you using proxy in front of JIRA? If so, you may try to bypass the proxy to confirm if it is indeed related.
