Cannot enable the plugin

I don't have any problem installing the plugin but I cannot enable it. ¿What can be the problem? Thanks

I have tried the steps above, but nothing changed. ¿Is there any other solution or is it a bug that you are working on?

Few things you can try

• go to manage add-ons and see if it is enabled from there
• check if all modules are activated.
• if still does not work, then uninstall the plugin, install it again, stop the server, delete the plugin caches and restart jira.
• Still fails, then manually copy the plugin jar in the installed plugins folder and follow step 3 above.

Hi Rahul,

I have tried all the points, but nothing changes. 

• I cannot enable from "manage add-ons"
• All the modules are deactivated (and cannot activate them)
• Installing manually works, but cannot enable it

Is your JIRA version > 6.4.3?

The plugin is only compatible for JIRA version more than 6.4.3.

I downloaded the version 1.1 and my JIRA version is 7.0.5. Everything looks correct but doesn't work
