Cannot install bigpicture or biggantt

Currently I’m evaluating bigpicture, and I made a Jira update from 6.3 to 7.2. I already uninstall and install the plug in. But still facing this problem:

I installed bigpicture and bicpicture enterprise.

Hi, 

We have identified the issue. 

It is related to failure during database update on Microsoft SQL servers. 

There is no "easy to implement" solution for that issue but you will find steps to fix the issue manually below: 

1. Please ask your JIRA database administrator to drop the unique index "U_AO_0456E7_GLOBAL_1721458262" on column "LINK_ID" on table "AO_0456E7_GLOBAL_LINK". 

2. Disable/enable a plugin to deactivate and perform plugin database upgrade once again.

For me Disable/Enable has done the trick
