I know this sounds weird but we are having trouble uninstalling BigPicture.
Even though we deactivate the plugin first with no problems and then deinstall it from our add-on list, it will be back and activated after the next reboot of our JIRA instance.
What else can we do to uninstall the plugin for good?
@ISI Administration If you want to completely get rid of a plugin you should delete the jar file located in you JIRA's home directory. On linux it would be var/atlassian/your-jira/plugins/installed-plugins, where you will find jar files loaded during JIRA plugin manager's startup (all plugins installed in your JIRA).
Hi,
We have analyzed this issue and it is caused by JIRA not our plugin so please contact Atlassian as we do not provide support for JIRA.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
