Change History in Structure

I would like to be able to see a history related to structure.  For example when it was created, when tasks were added to it, when tasks were deleted from the structure, etc.  How can I get all that info?

How are you?  Our apologies for missing your question's notification.

Depending on how you are building your structure (manually, or dynamically), you should be able to get this information by using Structure's History View feature.
