Change load on ressource per day

Hello, 

I'm new with JIRA tools, especially with the Big Picture Entreprise plug-in. I'm pretty entousiast in front of all possibilities nevertheless I don't know how to change the load off one issue. 

For exemple, this is my ressource view : 

This worker have two task on the same day so he is loaded at 16h / day. But that's not the reality. How can I configure each issue to take only 1h / day for exemple ?

Thank you for your query.

At the moment BigPicture's Resource module allows user to set and to distribute a workload per resource / per day, though as we understand growing needs of our clients, we would like to add a feature which would also allow us to distribute such a workload per task / per resource / per day. This functionality is not yet available though, we are planning to implement it by the end of this year.
