We just updated to Checklist 3.0 and discovered that Jira tickets that have a Checklist as a custom field cannot be moved from one issuetype to another issuetype. We were able to move issuetypes before. Is this a know problem?

When you say moving issuetypes, you mean changing the issue type from let say Task to Bug? This is something that we tested before releasing it and never had this issue. Can you provide steps so that I can try to reproduce? Also, are there any javascript errors raised by the browser?
Also, which version of JIRA?
