Clearing fields

Hi all.
In fields of type Secure (plugin https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212681/secure-fields-data-security-privacy?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter version 3.7.4-jira72), when creating a request through Service Desk, values ​​are cleared. In network it is shown that the fields have passed the validation and they have values, but in Respons it is clear that the fields are empty. Please let me know if anyone has come across this issue.
