Clone issue without story points

How can I clone an issue, but letting the cloned one with Story Points = 0, without changing the Story Points of the original issue?

You could use Script Runner, clone and link. By default all fields are copied, but you can use the "additional code" section to null out any fields.

Clone Plus for JIRA allows you to customize the behavior of clone operations. Specificially, you can exclude a list of custom fields (like Story Points) from being copied to the clone.
