Comala Document Approve Not Found page in Confluence

Hi!

Currently my organization is using comala to approve documents, but when verifiying the notifications in confluence the follwing message appears: 
Not found, the request URL was not fund on this server.

Only happens with comala notifications.

What should i configure?
