Comala document approval table in a document template does not display in the document.

A Comala workflow document approval table has been setup in a confluence template. After adding the comala workflow and selecting a reviewer, I expect the document approval table to display in the document. However, it doesn't.

In the same document, if a manually add a document approval table, it displays as expected.
