HEllo,
we are using Adhoc Workflow 3.3.1 with Confluence 3.5.13.
When creating/editing a comment, The toolbar (rich text) is missing and display a bit mixt-up.
Has anybody beef facing this before ?
Thanks for helping.
Michael
Hi Michael,
The issue you are encountering sounds like the issue IE has with more than a certain # of css files. When using IE with Confluence 3.5, Ad hoc Workflows and some other plugins such as RefinedWiki, the # of css files in use goes over this limit and causes some elements to be displayed mixed-up.
Both ourselves and RefinedWiki looked into it at the time and while there are some ways to fix it, they all required a lot of effort to implement.
Atlassian re-worked the css algorithms in Confluence 4+ which fixes issues such as the above with too many css files. From our investigation, only IE was affected by this issue, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome were unaffected by the issue.
Let me know if that helps.
Thanks,
Miguel
Hi Miguel,
Thanks for your post.
Effectively, I was also in contact with Emil for the refined theme and you're right.
As told, we are not using Confluence 4 until 6-7 months, so it's a bit annoying.
We will use firefox as much as we can, but IE9 is our standard web browser (6000 peoples!!)...
Sincerly,
Michael
