Configuration events for vertygo

HI, I would need to know how to solve the following situation in vertygo settings.

I have a workflow with state 1, 2,3, 4. 3 can return to 1 or 4, if returns to 1, passes back through 2 and 3, but the SLA is different from the first instance.

How could I set this up? can be generated over custon event by post function?

In states 1, 2 and 3, have an associated event, which are the ones I use the first time through the issue by those states workflow. What I need is when the request passes through the circuit again, understand that there are other values ​​of time agreement.

Hi Guillermo,

Are you trying to run different SLA on each status, in which case each time that you're transitioning, add a post function that fires an even, in the SLA agreement time, add a condition which matches the status. Something like status = Open. So if it matches that status then the SLA for that status will show up.
