Confluence outgoing links - include links in comments and in Scaffolding macros?

Hello, 

I'm interested in generating a list of all outgoing links on a page, including links that are inside a comment or inside of a Scaffolding "Text Data" macro. 

Looking at the built-in page information (https://MYSITE/confluence/pages/viewinfo.action?pageId=XXXXXXXX), it looks like links that are in the comments or inside of a scaffolding Text Data macro are not included in outgoing links. Is there any way around this?

After some more research - it looks like links from comments are not included in incoming / outgoing links, and there are no plans to change this:

ServiceRocket also confirmed that links inside a "Text Data" macro cannot be included in incoming / outgoing links due to the storage format.
