Connected Zeplin app is not working

Hi guys, 
I have an issue with the zeplin.io app which is connected to my Jira account. Although the App is connected (apparently) correctly i cannot attach zeplin projects to Jira tickets. 

I am logged in into zeplin and jira with the same e-mail.

On the first screen attached you see that the app is activated in my atlassian account.

On the second screen is the button that i see in my tickets. But when i click on it nothing happens.

Has anyone faced this bug as well? Could you guide me how to debug this?

@Helge Wadewitz I was able to fix this issue on my end by reaching out to Zeplin's support. The problem on my end was my adblocker. As soon as I whitelisted Jira on my adblocker (you can just turn it off and see if that works too), I was able to connect my Zeplin account to Jira, and am now able to see design files attached to tickets on Jira. Hope that's helpful!
