Count of status each issue has been

Hi Team,

I have this requirement from all of the team using  JSD now here.

In a project, how many issues have been in a status and for how long they have been there ( can be each time or an average)

For Eg, in Test project, an issue have been in "waiting for support" status how many times and for how long each time .

I tried using Scriptrunner plugin and feature Script field but not really understand how to get this resolved:

If you are a user of Jira Cloud version app Time in status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet could be helpful to you.
This user-friendly add-on will show you:

- how much time was spent at status by each issue,

- average time issues spent in statuses during a specific period of time,

- report of the time that a particular assignee was assigned to each issue,

-  the date and time when every issue entered each of the statuses for the first time

-  sums of time that task was in each status at a particular date

- amount of entrances to a certain status 

- how many times an issue went from status to status.

 All reports are available as Charts.

To analyze these data more detail, you can use the data export function and open it with Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
