Create Subtask does not work as post-function with renamed user

I am having an issue with this. Is there fix for it. We create a user and try to rename user or assign use to an issue and it will not work.

Are you sure that this user have a permission to create issues into this project?

Yes, the administrators have the permissions. I was working before and then it stopped.  I was working with Atlassian yesterday on the issue and they realize it may be the Script add on that is creating the issue.
