Customize confluence to create a form and assign Comala Workflow

Hi,

How can I create a form and assign a workflow to it?

I have customized a Form but unable to assign Comala workflow to the form. Need a simple solution without complex coding.

Hi Altaf,

Are you using a specific app to create your form? Or are you referring to a Blueprint you've created? Let me know and perhaps we can troubleshoot why Comala Workflows isn't working on your pages.

Thanks for looking into this. Sorry I mis-interpreted something. I am able to assign workflow, however I need this form to be reused. Assign a workflow every time I fill the form with new record, is that possible?

Hi Altaf,

Workflows can be configured to reset your workflow to an earlier state every time your page is edited. Therefore, each time you re-use the form, it can revert back to the beginning, to allow your approvers to review the form. Let me know if you need more details about that functionality.
