Date format

I have set date/time format like dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm in JIRA. Why Tempo isn't able to follow the settings (actually dd/mmm/yy)

Six years later and still NO SOLUTION.  I included a picture this time so you know exactly what is the problem.  The submit period shows an ISO date which is fine.  But the calendar selection dates can't be configured to either ISO or USA formats.  See below:

Seems like the feature is not there yet in Tempo, however do correct me if I'm wrong. The following links suggest that:
