Development licence requirement for Create on transition plugin

Hi

We utilise this plugin and need to obtain a development licence as we have now moved to a 2 tier deployment structure (dev & live).

How do I go about getting a dev licence?

For Atlassian paid plugins:

1. Go to your my.atlassian.com account
2. Find the plugin in the list
3. Expand the entry
4. Look for View Developer License
