Hi,

we are evaluating the JIRA Gantt Chart Plugin at the moment with a lot of questions and need some specific support. Would it be possible to get in direct contact (phone, video call, etc.) with a professional support somehow?

Hi Christian,

the answer of Rodrigo is wrong: Atlassian seems to mix two different vendors, here! If you want to get support concerning my Gantt-Chart for JIRA add-on, you can send me an email at gantt@polscheit.de. If you need support for the Gantt-Chart Project add-on by the French company Soyatec, you have to contact them as they are another vendor. In the second case, you have mis-labled this question here (addon-de.polscheit.jira.plugins.gantt).

Having installed my Gantt-Chart for JIRA, you can use the build-in menu item "support request" as displayed on the attached screenshot:
