Display Name Not Updating After a Name Change?

So, let's say we have a user John.Doe who switches their name to John.Smith.  It seems whenever that user views an issue, their name still appears as John.Doe under the Who's Looking addon, even though it's John.Smith everywhere on the admin side.  

Any thoughts?  Thanks!

Regarding your question, perhaps they cache it on their end.
