Hello,
We have a problem with displaying of the tasks. As below, the task is striked through even if it is in progress.
At creation point is everything normal. After any date modification( start, end, due) it becomes in such state.
This is an older JIRA (7.0.2) with the maximum available WBS Gantt version on it (9.3.1.4).
Any idea? Except upgrade as it is not possible at the moment.
Hi,
are those issues in progress for first time or they has been reopened?
If reopened or going from any "done/closed" status then you have probably wrong configured workflow. You need clear value of Resolution field described here - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-clear-the-resolution-field-when-the-issue-is-reopened-648381467.html
If it's not his problem you could try contact vendor of plugin (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/vendors/29695/ricksoft-inc), but I recommend you try create test environment with same versions as you are running and try upgrade it. If it solve problem then it's clearly some bug or something like that. Why you can't upgrade Jira as you are running version after EOL?
Hi,
It wasn't reopened, but I modified the workflow accordingly, closed and reopened the ticket and it did the trick. :)
THX,
János

Hi,
As Petr described in the comment, You need to clear the value of Resolution field. WGC plugin's strike through when some value contains in the issue's resolution field.
There is no value in Resolution--> Unresolved
The Resolution has some value--> Resolved
Please contact customer support for any questions or further concerns you might have.
