Duplicate entries showing up in TFS Changesets

I'm seeing duplicate entries for the same TFS Changeset showing up in Jira. I've Cleared the Changesets, but the same results appeared on re-index. In addition it shows the same files twice within each of the Changeset entries. Please advise on how to correct. It makes it really had to see when there are many checkins.

Version we're using is 2.9.4.

Do you have more than one TFS repository configured in JIRA?
